So I didn’t make it to Paris Fashion Week this season (way too much traveling), but David Nyanzi is on the scene, taking a bit of street chic for your perusal.Take a look at who he snapped:I need this look immediately! This young lady worked a pair of Saint Laurent chain jeans, a long cream coat, and suede creme pumps. A Saint Laurent monogrammed bag finished her ensemble off with flourish. Understated chic!Need further proof that pastels are hot for Spring? This young lady looked like an Easter egg in a pink dress, pink pumps, and a soft purple coat.Paris is all about subtle elegance. A red lip, sleek haircut, and smoldering stare uplifted a gray coat and opaque tights.Yet another enviable look, courtesy of a ruffled skirt and gray embellished sweatshirt.Cosmopolitan’s Shiona Turini is one of the baddest in the business! She works a high waisted, wide legged pant like no other. Also loving the blond tips.Stylist Peju Famojure always quietly kills it. I’m loving her black/white ensemble and her colorblocked bag.Jenke-Ahmed Tailly is also a quiet killer. He does his thing, yet always stands out ever so subtly.J’Adore Dior! This young lady rocked a fierce logo tee with a flirty skirt and socks with pumps.Glamour’s Rajni Jacques always does sporty chic so well.And lastly, All the Pretty Birds founder and street style photographer Tamu McPherson always puts a smile on my face. The 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards went down in LA, kicking off 2014 awards season! Ladies and gents poured on the glamour, flexing their high-fashion muscles.Let’s get into the night’s looks!Queen Lupita Nyong’o shut the red carpet down in a red Ralph Lauren cape gown. This is how you do red carpet glamour ladies and gents!Mommy-to-be Kerry Washington wore a custom Balenciaga gown for the night. So happy to see her out and about. Pregnancy looks good on her!Zoe Saldana definitely had the most edgy look of the night in a Prabal Gurung dress. She does high-fashion effortlessly and this was no exception.Paula Patton gave new meaning to the word “ruffled” in a Stéphane Rolland Spring 2013 Couture gown and Charlotte Olympia pumps.Diddy kept it simple in a black tux with killer shades.Usher chose an aubergine, contrast-lapel tux and an embellished brooch for the awards show. Hey Usher!Rashida Jones added a bit of whimsy to the red carpet, choosing a palm-tree embellished Fausto Puglisi dress.Sofia Vergara looked every bit the princess in a Zac Posen gown and a turquoise statement necklace. Delightful.Best looking couple of the night went to Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves, both in Dolce & Gabbana.Rocsi Diaz stunned in J.Mendel. No seriously…is this fabulous or what?The Wolf of Wall Street star Margot Robbie dropped jaws in Gucci. Perfection.Olivia Wilde showed off her baby bump in a green sequin Gucci gown.Allison Williams donned yet another black and white gown in Alexander McQueen. Quite exquisite no?Emma Watson was the only woman to opt for trousers, taking an unexpected turn in Dior.Jennifer Lawrence opted for…you guessed it! Christian Dior.Jennifer’s American Hustle co-star Amy Adams matched the carpet in Valentino. Amy usually makes a big impact, but this was a miss.Reese Witherspoon slipped into a custom Calvin Klein Collection dress.Black and white was a popular trend for the night and Julia Roberts was one of the many to capture it in Dolce & Gabbana.Sandra Bullock tried on colorblocking for size in a $9,995 Prabal Gurung Doubleface Satin V-Neck Gown.Michelle Dockery never misses the mark in the fashion department and though I loved her Oscar de la Renta gown, I would’ve loved to see something a bit bolder from her here.Taylor Swift continued the two-tone trend for the night, wearing a Carolina Herrera gown.One of my girl crushes Amber Heard rocked the red carpet in Atelier Versace. I wasn’t a huge fan of her hair here, but her makeup and fashion choice were on point.Heidi Klum’s black and white lace Marchesa gown was pretty, but I would’ve loved a more glamorous beauty moment here.It was all about lace for Leslie Mann in Dolce & Gabbana.Zoeey Deschanel wore an Oscar de la Renta gown for the night. Hmm…wasn’t my favorite look of hers.Khaleesi aka Emilia Clarke shimmered in custom Proenza Schouler. Charming no?Lena Dunham gave good face in a marigold Zac Posen gown. This is the best I’ve ever seen her look! I enjoyed this ensemble thoroughly.Lena’s Girls co-star Zosia Mamet debuted a new bob in Reem Acra.Maria Menounos showed off her enviable physique in a hot pink Max Azria Atelier number with sheer inserts. Hot!Louise Roe was one of the many ladies in red in a Monique Lhuillier lace detailed gown and a Marchesa clutch. Gorgeous no?Modern Family’s Sarah Hyland was pretty in pink in Georges Hobeika. She’s such a cutie!Masters of Sex actress Caitlin Fitzgerald was a knock out in blue and striped pumps, both from Emilia Wickstead. What’s not to love about this 50′s-inspired look?Caitlin’s co-star Lizzy Caplan usually walks the red carpet in sweet ensembles, but she definitely turned on the sensuality in an Emilio Pucci Spring 2014 gown.Mad Men actress Elisabeth Moss skewed edgy in a beaded J. Mendel number.Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber looked perfect, both sporting Tom Ford.Amy Poehler tended to her hosting duties in a simple and chic Stella McCartney number. Hot dress!Co-host Tina Fey opted for a printed Carolina Herrera gown. Super cute.Berenice Bejo dazzled in a red Giambattista Valli gown.Hayden Panettiere stuck to the classic color palette of black and white in Tom Ford. This could’ve been better.The Good Wife actress Julianna Marguiles was gilded in Andrew Gn.The Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco looked Spring-perfect in a floral Rani Zakhem design.Newly blonde Kate Mara was a vision in a silver metallic J. Mendel number.One of my favorite looks of the night belonged to Emma Roberts who was the epitome of elegance in a custom Lanvin gown and turquoise statement earrings.Julia Louis-Dreyfus continued the red trend in Narciso Rodriguez. Last night, Solange’s Saint Heron collective teamed up with Microsoft for their One Million Square Feet of Culture Initiative. The goal? To create curated musical and artistic events with the goal of inspiring legions of creatives.One of her kick off events took place last night in NYC, and of course we were in the building to capture a bit of Real Style.Check it out:Stylist B. Hawk gave me life with his dreaded hairstyle, serious gaze, and collar necklace.This young lady looked colorfully cute in a colorblocked suit by William Okpo.Hannah Bronfman was in the house! The young socialite posed with a friend in a Vision StreetWear tee.These young men were indubitably stylish in blazers and jazzy pocketsquares.I lived for these sister’s style! Yes! The singing twins looked weather ready and adorable in textured layers and colors.Music director for Saint Heron, Elise Peterson, looked lovely in a Wiliam Okpo ensemble.Dapper Dan came through looking thoroughly dapper.This former Bombshell of the day looked so beautiful!
